Next time I was unable to make it my phone was off and I was using my mom phone to call dpl and was on the phone for almost 3 hours so wen I went in the next day bright and early and explained what was going on and reschedule a new appointment.
The second time they pulled my wisdom teeth O I thought she did a good job but no they left a piece in there.
SO I MAKE A NEW APPOINTMENT SOME WHERE ELSE AND THERE LIKE WE CAN'T SEE GOT CAUSE YOUR INSURANCE PAY FOR ANOTHER XRAY.SO I GOTTA GO BACK TO THEM TO GET MY XRAYS BUT THEY WANTED TO PART WAYS WHY THEY AIN'T GIVE ME EVERYTHING SO NOW I GOTTA GO BACK I'M MAD AS HELL.HOW YOU PART WAYS BUT KEEP MY XRAYS PREVENTING ME FROM GOING SOME WHERE ELSE.
Next appointment they was pose to give me fillins and pull the thread out. 950 was my appointment 1045 come round and I'm still sitting there ain't no body at the desk said nothing to me.i go ask them what's going on I been here 45 min wen it was really 55.O a surgery ran long do you want to reschedule. SERIOUSLY I BEEN HERE 55 MIN AND YOU WANT ME TO RESCHEDULE. So I go back see the lady she like sorry for the wait can I do anything for you or get you some coffee for the road. I said if you giving me my fillins then no just get the string out my mouth. Reschedule again.
THEY DESERVE NO STARS BUT I HAD TO PUT ONE TO POST. THIS IS WAS THE WORST PLACE I could have ever went I went on on my lunch was the only person in there 3 people came in after me and got seen first and I was early.
Call to reschedule cause I had to work and there like O wen canceled it for you we don't like your attitude.so it's best we part ways.
If I could give zero stars I would. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with my daughter's visit. To rough and no compassion. Highly recommend not going here.
I'm not sure why other people are having such a bad experience during their visit, but my visit was really pleasant. I had a tooth pulled and everything turned out fairly well. I would note that it does take some time to get back and see the dentist, but besides that I had no issue at all.
I honestly can't say enough good things about the staff at Hoke Rd Dental. They have been wonderful with me and I am not a great dental patient. Dr Rani has taken the time and listened to me and what I wanted and needed. One of her assistants, Laura T, gave me her personal cell number just in case I needed her after my surgery. If you need a great Dentist I really suggest Dr Rani and her staff at Home Rd Dental!!!
I got a filling and Laura and Dr. Rani were the best that did it. They made sure I wasn’t feeling any pain and i was comfortable!
