Had an accident on I -70 with a car that lost control and during the investigation at the scene, I found an over half empty vodka bottle and clearly the driver of the car was intoxicated and the officer let him go.I just couldn't believe they didn't arrest him after almost causing such an accident,he had put two other people in danger n gets a pat on the back by the Ohio state trooper...wow I thought what kind of officer puts an impaired person back out on the road with an opened whiskey bottle..so sad for the Impaired driver plus the lady and the little girl..what kind of state troopers does Ohio have...weak.
