Great staff, Doctor(s) are very willing to tell you the options for treatment. Price higher than I expected, but it has been years since I had to take our dog to the vet.
I recently had both of my dogs at the hotel for 3 days, the customer service was great the dogs were happy however I had also paid for a nail trim and a bath , I'm really not sure if the dogs got their baths when I called and ask about it they said they did get a bath however it was a very poor quality bath if they did get one. They get a bath every Saturday but because I was gone is why I had them give them a bath so I know what they look like clean. They did not smell clean they still had dirt under their bellies their paws were still dirty and the sleep buildup around her eyes. When I called and asked about it they offered for me to bring them back out to get a bath however I was at work and it's not convenient to have to come back there when they were already there a couple days ago . Basically I feel like I paid $22 each just to have their nails trimmed and I feel that they could give a better quality bath.
I have been taking my pets there for 10 years now, and have always received the best care you could possibly hope for. I have, and will continue, to recommend them to others.
Dr. Weisberger has been my doggies’ vet (3) for over 20 years! She always answers my questions and she’s very caring for my furry family. God bless her.
The staff at Clayton are exemplary! They are professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I was sure they would ask me to come back the next day for a laser treatment because they were closed by the time my dog's exam was finished But, apparently the animals come first. They stayed to give my little guy the treatment he needed even though it was after hours on a Friday night! You ladies are the best!!!
